DURING YOUR STAY
Day 1 – On our way to the hotel we enjoy some free time in Windsor. Crowned by the stunning Windsor Castle – the largest and oldest inhabited castle in the world! – This unique and historic destination is the perfect day out. Witness the ‘British’ spectacle Changing of the Guard ceremony as the guards march through the streets of Windsor before relaxing in a nearby park or garden. After some free time we’ll continue to our hotel in Leatherhead, where we will enjoy dinner.
Day 2 – After breakfast, we will visit Greenwich, situated on the River Thames. Maritime Greenwich is a World Heritage Site, famous for its historic landmarks, including, The Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum and the Old Royal Naval College. Due to this afternoon’s Royal Albert Hall performance there will be no dinner at the hotel tonight, but don’t worry because you’ll also discover plenty of award‐winning restaurants and pubs here too. Later we will continue to the Royal Albert Hall for the wonderful Mountbatten Festival of Music concert.
Day 3 – Before returning home, today we enjoy some free time in St. Albans. This unique Cathedral City has a colourful history spanning over 200 years, so take some time to enjoy exploring some of its many famous attractions, including the Cathedral, museums and galleries and Clock Tower.
