Day 3 – We travel to Ryde, the largest town on the island, which offers an expanse of sandy beaches and has a great selection of boutique shops, museums and galleries for you to enjoy. This afternoon we arrive at Osborne House, one of the most visited houses in Britain, originally designed by Queen Victoria’s beloved Prince Albert. Set in acres of beautiful grounds and ornamental rose gardens, it’s easy to see why the house was one of Queen Victoria’s favourite places.

Day 4 – Enjoy the day at leisure; Sandown sits on the southern coast of the Isle of Wight, sheltered in a beautiful bay its renowned for its stretches of golden sandy beaches and home to a traditional British seafront and pier. Maybe visit the local Zoo – built within the ruins of a Victorian fort – or enjoy a peaceful walk along the Esplanade until you reach Yaverland Beach, regarded as one of the best on the island.

Afterwards, we take you to Yarmouth for free time. The historic port town sits at the mouth of the River Yar and contains some of the oldest architecture on the Isle of Wight, including a 16th century castle. Later, we will enjoy a scenic drive back to the hotel.

Day 6 – This morning we visit Cowes, a town with a pedestrianized High Street and a wealth of specialty shops, art galleries and boutiques. Head to the seafront where a short walk will take you to the Esplanade and along to the famous Royal Yacht Squadron. Later, we return to our hotel for an afternoon at leisure.

Day 7 – We bid a fond farewell to the island and return home.
