LOCH KATRINE CRUISE
& LUNCH (FULL DAY): We head north to explore the magnificent scenery of the Trossachs, with the highlight being a 2 hours cruise on Loch Katrine aboard the world-famous 120 year old steamship SS Sir Walter Scott. Lunch is included today at the Lochside restaurant.
DRYMEN
(FULL DAY): The village of Drymen sits in the hills at the western end of the Campsie Fells, overlooking the Endrick Water as it nears Loch Lomond. This beautiful little village is a great base to explore Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park - the oldest National Park in Scotland. An afternoon tea dance is included at the hotel.
FALKIRK WHEEL &
BO'NESS & KINNEIL RAILWAY (FULL DAY): Another full day excursion which includes a spin on the world's only rotating boat lift, the awe- inspiring Falkirk Wheel - linking the Forth & Clyde and Union canals. Measuring 35 metres tall this amazing feat of engineering is the height of 8 double decker buses stacked on top of each other. We also enjoy a nostalgic journey on the Bo'Ness & Kinneil Railway with afternoon tea served on board - voted Visit Britain's Top Unusual and Instagrammable Afternoon Teas - admire the beautiful Scottish scenery as you steam along the shores of the River Forth.
Situated in the heart of Loch Lomond National Park, our hotel is set in an 18th century building and features an on-site bar and restaurant serving British cuisine. Guestrooms are decorated with warm tones and are equipped with TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
