If you’re looking for something different, then the most impressive of Dutch markets in the Municipal Caves will be right up your street! We then take you to stunning Aachen Christmas Market, possibly one of the most picturesque in the whole of Germany, which is situated around the impressive cathedral and town hall.

DAY 1
With comfort breaks along the way, we travel by coach and ferry to Valkenburg.
DAY 2
Enjoy free time to explore the festivities in Valkenburg (Holland's Christmas capital). The city's main square is transformed into a winter wonderland and home to Europe's largest singing Christmas tree. Our favourite part is the Christmas market hidden in the Municipal Cave of Valkenburg aan de Geul - the largest and oldest underground Christmas market in Europe. We have included admission into the Christmas caves for you to explore the atmospheric setting and decors, which are in harmony with the numerous stalls offering Christmas gifts and other luxuries.
DAY 3
After breakfast we take you to Aachen Christmas Market in Germany, where you can enjoy free time and experience the aura of this friendly city. Every year the squares and streets around the town hall are transformed into a paradise of lights and colours, festive sounds and seductive smells. The lovingly decorated 'Christmas Village' on the market square has everything your heart could desire, including Aachen Printen, a kind of gingerbread that is a local speciality. Later, we travel to the Lindt Chocolate Warehouse!
DAY 4
We return home retracing our footsteps back through Europe.
