Day 1
We travel to our hotel.
Day 2
After breakfast we travel to Bruges, a city that will capture your heart. Its fairy-tale Medieval centre is a harmony of cobbled lanes and dreamy canals that link market squares lined with soaring towers and historic churches. Perhaps head to Burg, one of the most photographed squares in Europe, where you will find the Palace of the Liberty of Bruges and the Old Court of Justice.
BDay 3
Ostend at Anchor is a festival with plenty of things to see do and discover, and today you can enjoy it all in your own time. Bringing around 150 authentic ships together, Ostend at Anchor is a celebration of its tremendous maritime history.
BDay 4
After breakfast, we visit Ghent, then later this afternoon we will travel to the Flanders town of Ypres, fought over by Britain and Germnay throughout the Great War. During our visit we will witness the Last Post Ceremony – which takes place every night at 8:00pm under the Menin Gate. This solemn, dignified ceremony is a simple but moving tribute to the courage and self-sacrifice of those who fell in defence of their town.

We retrace our footsteps home.
