DAY 1
Enjoy free time today in London, one of Europe's most exciting cities. Perhaps visit the various military attractions and museums on offer, including The Imperial War Museum, HMS Belfast, the most significant surviving Second World War Royal Navy warship. The Household Cavalry Museum, a living museum in the heart of the Horse Guards, Whitehall. The National Army Museum, which follows the story of the Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry, an elite British tank regiment, and Churchill War Rooms, the secret underground headquarters of Winston Churchill during WWII. (Please note: Some of these attractions are subject to an admission fee which is not included). Later, there will be some free time to explore the multitude of dining options for dinner in the capital before we take you to our hotel.
DAY 2
After breakfast we head back into central London, dropping you off as close to Whitehall as possible for the Remembrance Service and Parade at the Cenotaph. Today the nation remembers those who gave their lives in the two world wars and all who have died in combat since. We begin our homeward journey mid-afternoon.
