We also visit Exmouth for a tranquil cruise along the River Exe - the best way to see the stunning scenery, wildlife and nature of the nationally renowned Exe Estuary.

WEYMOUTH &
PORTLAND BILL LIGHTHOUSE (FULL DAY): Regularly voted as one of the top ten beach destinations in Europe, Weymouth is home to beautiful golden sands and a pretty harbourside. We also travel to the Isle of Portland for a visit to the famous Portland Bill Lighthouse, which has been standing majestically for the past one hundred and eleven years. Inside, you can learn about the lighthouse and its keepers and if you manage to climb the 153 steps to the top, you will be rewarded with views over Dorset's beautiful Jurassic Coast.
SEATON TRAMWAY
(HALF DAY): Enjoy a journey on the Seaton Tramway. This narrow gauge heritage tram travels alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves, and offers unrivalled views of the abundant wading bird life. This afternoon we will return to Sidmouth for more time at leisure.
Overlooking the English Channel, our well-appointed hotel is a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Sidmouth's Fore Street.
