We head north for a lunchtime visit to the historic Cumbrian capital of Carlisle. From here we head to our hotel.
DDay 2
A day exploring the Lake District National Park including a scenic drive along Lake Windermere and a stop in Ambleside en route to Keswick. Return via Ullswater.

Today we have a full day at leisure

A full day excursion along the Cumbrian coast to Whitehaven.

Visit Kendal for free time and then continue return journey home
