A Warm Welcome in Llandudno at Christmas

Day 1

This morning we travel to Chester to soak up the seasonal atmosphere amidst the shops and famous Black and White Rows for which the city is famous, before travelling to our hotel in Llandudno. On arrival enjoy a warming mulled wine!

Day 2

This morning we explore the Isle of Anglesey, which is situated off the north coast of Wales. During the day we will visit ‘Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch,’ the longest place name in Britain, and Beaumaris. This afternoon, we return to Llandudno where we have arranged a visit to the local pantomime (Oh yes we have!)

Day 3

Spend Christmas Day in the comfort and warmth of our hotel surrounded by friends, old and new. Exchange gifts and enjoy a traditional turkey lunch with all the trimmings before heading out for a stroll along the seafront or catch the Queen’s speech on TV. A light festive buffet will be served this evening.

Day 4

Escape the crowds with us on Boxing Day as we take you on an enchanting journey exploring the winter wonderland of Snowdonia National Park. We drive through the Vale of Conwy and the lovely village of Betws-y-Coed, past the bridge of the Cauldron, Swallow Falls, Capel Curig and into Llanberis Pass overlooked by Mount Snowdon. We will return to the hotel via a visit to Conwy. Designated as World Heritage Site most famous for its magnificent 13th century Castle, it is also home to the smallest house in Britain - known as the Quay House.

Day 5

After breakfast ‘yule’ be taken to the little town of Llangollen, where we have arranged a very special journey for you. All aboard the Llangollen Railway, where your decorated carriage awaits ready to transport you back in time. Sit back and relax with a mince pie and mulled wine during the journey. Afterwards, we will return home.
