DURING YOUR STAY

Day 1 – We travel south to Continental Europe via ferry before arriving at our overnight hotel.

Day 2 – This morning we continue our journey to our 4-star hotel in Niederau situated in the picturesque Wildschönau valley.

Day 3 – Enjoy a full day excursion to Innsbruck, the Christmas markets here are counted amongst the most beautiful in the Alpine region. Situated in the historic part of the city in front of the famous Golden Roof the Christmas market fills the air with the aroma of freshly made “Kiachln” (piping hot doughnuts laced with Sauerkaut) and the sound of Christmas carols.

Day 4 – After a leisurely breakfast enjoy a day at leisure in your resort of Niederau. Or why not join us on an optional excursion to Munich; one of Germany’s most popular tourist destinations. Munich’s walkable centre retains a small-town charm but holds some world-class sights and attractions including art galleries and Royal Bavarian heritage. The oldest Christmas market in the city can be found at Marienplatz. (bookable with the driver €20pp).

Day 5 – We visit Salzburg’s historical district which is annually transformed into a cheerful blend of warmth and joyous anticipation for Christmas! Scents of hot mulled wine and delicious gingerbread float through the air and choirs sing in front of the Cathedral whilst visitors browse for their perfect gift to take home.

Day 6 –  After breakfast we wave goodbye to our hosts and travel back to our overnight hotel.

Day 7 – With Christmas just around the corner now we make our way back home.
