Day 1 – Travelling south to Dover we board our ferry and sail to Calais. We then continue our journey to our hotel for 4 nights’ dinner, bed and breakfast.

Day 2 – After breakfast we travel to Bruges. Discover this ‘fairytale’ city, showcasing cobbled lanes and dreamy canals that intertwine with traditional market squares lined with soaring towers and historic churches.

Day 3 – Today we spend the day in Antwerp.  Antwerp is a port city on Belgium’s River Scheldt, with history dating to the Middle Ages.  Here you'll find centuries-old Diamond District houses thousands of diamond traders, cutters and polishers. Antwerp’s Flemish Renaissance architecture is typified by the Grote Markt, a central square in the old town.

Day 4 - Half day to Ghent. One of Europe’s best kept secrets, this city has managed to preserve its medieval charm. During the afternoon we return to Oudenaarde. Famous for its fruit beers, we take a tour around the Liefmans Brewery where you can pour and sample the unique offerings from this important Belgian beer dynasty. This evening we enjoy a farewell meal at the beautiful Petegem Castle.

Day 5 - We bid a fond farewell and retrace our footsteps home.
