There is nothing quite like one of our London Theatre Break Weekends. Offering a dazzling array of West End Shows there really is no excuse for missing your favourite when they’re in the world’s number one entertainment capital- London. Whilst in London explore the sights and sounds, visit the museums and galleries or have a wander down Oxford Street and buy out the shops! London combined with a theatre show guarantees a magical experience that’s not easily forgotten.

Standard Theatre Show Package:

Day 1- We make the journey to London to enjoy the matineé performance of your chosen theatre show, before continuing onto our hotel for our evening meal.

Day 2- Enjoy the morning at leisure in London, a varied and exciting capital city world renowned for its fashion, style and attractions. You will be amazed by the number of places that you can visit from Soho to Hyde Park and from Trafalgar Square to the National History Museum you will never be short of things to see and do. Alternatively take a ride on the London Eye which gives panoramic views over our capital city. We depart London at approximately 2.30pm for our journey home.

(London Eye £24 per adult, £16 per child- must be booked at the time of booking your holiday).

NEW The Girls (15th April, 13th May, 15th July) - A true story of the Yorkshire CALENDAR GIRLS a group of ordinary ladies who achieved something extraordinary.This new musical comedy has brought together the writing talents of Gary Barlow and Tim Firth who grew up in the same village in the North of England and have been friends for 25 years. An truly unmissable show!

NEW School of Rock the musical (28th Jan, 18th March 2017) – The show follows slacker Dewey Finn as he turns a class of straight-A students into an ear-popping, riff-scorching, all-conquering rock band! As they prepare for the battle of the bands, can Dewey make them embrace the empowering message of rock?!

NEW Dream Girls (18th February) - Thirty-five years after the ground-breaking original Broadway production, this UK and West End premiere of the sensational and iconic Tony Award®-winning musical DREAMGIRLS comes to the stage. DREAMGIRLS transports you to a revolutionary time in American music history and charts the tumultuous journey of a young female singing trio from Chicago, Illinois called ‘The Dreams’. They learn the hard lesson that show business is as tough as it is fabulous.

NEW 42ND STREET (22nd July & Upgraded Theatre Break: 26th August) -The song and dance, American dream fable of Broadway. Young Peggy Sawyer is fresh off the bus from small-town America and just another face in the chorus line on Broadway’s newest show. But when the leading lady gets injured, Peggy might just have the shot at stardom she's always dreamed of…

Mamma Mia (19th August, 16th September, 14th October) - The sunny funny tale inspired by the music of ABBA will have you tapping your feet & humming the songs throughout. A smash hit and ever-popular performance for all!

Aladdin (22nd July, 9th July, 11th November, 9th December & Upgraded Theatre Break: 25th March 2017) - The magical story of Aladdin is coming to the West End in Disney’s thrilling and bold new musical. This brand new show is based on the much-loved animated movie and is filled with daring adventure, classic comedy and timeless romance. The show will feature all of the favourite songs from the film plus new music by Tony and Oscar winner Alan Menken and lyrics by Tim Rice and Howard Ashman. Featuring exhilarating choreography, show-stopping numbers and astonishing visual effects, Disney’s Aladdin is an unforgettable theatrical experience.

Beautiful- (8th April 2017, 8th July) - Beautiful tells the inspiring true story of Carole King’s remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit songwriting team with her husband Gerry Goffin to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history. She wrote the soundtrack to a generation, with countless classics such as You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman, Take Good Care of my Baby and You’ve Got a Friend.

Kinky Boots – (18th February 2017, 18th November 2017) Inspired by true events, Kinky Boots tells the story of Charlie Price, who inherits his father's shoe factory. Looking to save the family business, Charlie turns to a fabulously fashionable new friend, cabaret star Lola, who gives him an outrageous idea that could change both of their destinies. This unforgettable theatre sensation features music by Tony® and Grammy® winning pop icon Cyndi Lauper and is a feel-good celebration packed with nonstop fun.

Motown - (11th February 2017, 15th July, 19th August, 11th November, 25th November) Based on the book 'To Be Loved: The Music, The Magic, The Memories of Motown' by Berry Gordy, featuring music from Motown Records
 and an eighteen piece orchestra playing 50 Motown tracks including “My Girl”, “Dancing In The Street”, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” and “I Heard It Through The Grapevine”, Motown The Musical is a musical sensation with real soul.

Jersey Boys - (14TH January, 25th February 2017) Jersey Boys, the internationally acclaimed musical, tells the remarkable rise to stardom of one of the most successful bands in pop music history. Discover how four New Jersey boys from the wrong side of the tracks invented their own unique sound, were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and sold 100 million records worldwide. With spectacular performances of all their main hits this is an electrifying show.

Les Miserables – (25th February 2017, 14th October & Upgraded Theatre Break: 25th March 2017, 29th July) In its 30th year, Cameron Mackintosh’s legendary production of Boubil and Schönbergs Les Misėrables is a global sensation. Set against the backdrop of 19th-century France, Les Misėrables tells an enthralling story of broken dreams and unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption- a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit.

Lion King - (14th January, 9th September, 21st October, 18th November & Upgraded Theatre Break: 25th March 2017) Julie Taymor’s reimaging of Disney’s animated film The Lion King celebrates its 17th year in production for what is an all-time family favourite. Set against the majesty of the Serengeti Plains to the evocative rhythms of Africa, this spectacular production explodes with glorious colours, stunning effects and enchanting music to tell the timeless story of Simba and his epic journey to fulfil his destiny as King of the Pridelands.

Matilda - (28th January 2017, 12th August, 4th November, 25th  November) Inspired by the twisted genius of Roald Dahl, Matilda is the captivating musical that revels in the anarchy of childhood, the power of imagination and the inspiring story of a remarkably clever girl who dares to change her destiny.

Phantom of the Opera - (11th February 2017, 8th July, 12th August) Far beneath the majesty and splendour of the Paris Opera House, hides the Phantom in a shadowy existence. Shamed by his physical appearance and feared by all, the love he holds for his beautiful protégée Christine Daaé is so strong that even her heart cannot resist.

Thriller Live! - (21st January 2017, 8th April 2017) A spectacular musical created to celebrate the career of the world’s greatest entertainer and undisputed King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Thriller Live brings the sensational dancing and distinctive sound of Michael and the Jackson 5 in an exhilarating two hours of non-stop performance.

Wicked - (21st January, 18th March 2017, 16th September, 4th November, 9th December & Upgraded Theatre Break: 25th March 2017, 29th July, 26th August) The spectacular, multi award-winning musical Wicked has become the most successful new musical in years. If you thought you knew the Wizard of Oz, then think again. Wicked tells the alternative story of the Wicked Witch of the West as an unlikely but profound friendship between two girls first develops at sorcery students and orchestrates their future paths in life.
