DURING YOUR STAY
Day 1 – Following pickups we travel to our hotel in Pitlochry with regular comfort breaks.
Day 2 – Today we visit Edinburgh. Begin your day with a gentle stroll in Princes Street Gardens; resting in the shadows of Edinburgh Castle this beautiful park separates the New Town from the Old Town. There’s so much to do in this City including; Edinburgh Castle, National Galleries of Scotland and Royal Yacht Britannia.
Day 3 – Day at leisure in resort or take a local bus to Queens View overlooking Loch Tummel, one of the most photographed areas in Scotland, Queen Victoria is said to have remarked that the spectacular view was named after her, when she visited the area in 1866. However, it has also been suggested that the view was in fact named after King Robert the Bruce’s wife, Queen Isabella of Scotland, over 550 years earlier.
Day 4 – This morning we have arranged a visit to Glamis Castle, winner of the best attraction in 2015 this is one of Scotland’s finest castles. After some free time we take you to Blair Athol Distillery, famous as the producers for the Bell’s Whiskey – the most popular blended Whiskey in the UK.
Day 5 – After breakfast we wave goodbye to our hosts and retrace our footsteps home.
