About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Garage Administrator for Maternity Cover for 1 Year at our Head Office Site. We are looking for a hard-working individual who will work great under pressure with tight deadlines, an organised character with passion and drive to be methodical in their approach.

Qualifications, Skills and Background

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving capability’s

Our Salary is competitive to be discussed at Interview dependent on experience. The role is maternity cover for 1 year of 24 hours contract Monday, Tuesday, Thursday with flexibility of start and finish times of office hours of 8-hour a day.

We are looking for full time Apprentices to specialise in the field of PSV Technician and Body shop repairs to join our hands-on programme on site with the main duties of working with an engineer to complete the below tasks:

  • Carrying out vehicle inspections and MOT preparations to a high standard
  • Routine servicing and maintenance repairs being able to diagnose and resolve an issue
  • Fault finding and defect clearing using the latest diagnostics equipment
  • Completion of all required paperwork to a high standard

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • A Positive attitude, willing to learn, motivated individual who will attend college to achieve the recognised qualifications.
  • Good housekeeping routines to meet health and safety standards

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to effectively operate the Alfreton Branch. This will include face to face and telephone customer service maximising sales within the branch and increasing all targets. The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Selling travel products to customers, for coaching holidays and 3rd party operators.
  • Liaising with all tour operators to make bookings.
  • Cash handling.
  • Maintaining customer records while ensuring all data protection is adhered
  • Booking customers holidays through all internal booking systems and booking 3rd party bookings through the internet or phone.
  • Promoting the branch and business in a correct manner.
  • Keeping the branch point of sale up to date in line with company direction with guidance from the Branch Manager.
  • Contribute to the effective running of the branch.
  • Follow all company policies.
  • Work consistently with all employees within the branch.
  • Maximising sales within the branch to meet all sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.
  • Close and capture every sale.
  • Use all your product knowledge to give the best service to every customer.
  • Report to Branch Manager.
